Missions Ministry

Saint Mark 16:15, commissions us as followers of Christ to, “Go ye into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature.  The Missions Department of the First United Pentecostal Church of Mandeville is excited about evangelism.

Sunday School Ministry

  • Ministry

The Sunday School Department of the First United Pentecostal Church is the ‘reaching and teaching arm’ which hosts one hour weekly classes and sessions each Sunday morning with the hope that our efforts will produce in our students a closer relationship with Jesus Christ.

Youth Ministry - Pentecostal Conquerors

Youth is certainly the time to serve the Lord, the bible says in 1 John 2:14, “I have written unto you, young men, because ye are strong, and the word of God abideth in you, and ye have overcome the wicked one.” King James Version (KJV).

Women’s Ministry

The Ladies Department in particular sees to the spiritual and  natural needs of the ladies of our church and community, reaching out in various initiatives to ensure women are not only empowered but are also active in their calling.

Care Services

  • Ministry

The aim of this department is to minister to the physical and emotional needs of our members. This includes counselling/ emotional support, financial assistance (eg. educational grants), seniors club and welfare.

Music Ministry

At the First United Pentecostal Church we believe that praise and worship are active and dynamic links between God and His people. The aim of this department is to provide good quality sound to facilitate true worship. Psalm 100:1 states, “Make a joyful noise unto the Lord.”

Men’s Ministry

The Men’s Fellowship Department of the First United Pentecostal Church aims to engage and develop men both spiritually and socially.

Prayer and Home Bible Study Ministry

Prayer was the catalyst that birthed the early Apostolic Church. The church prayed without ceasing. Acts 1:14 says, “These all continued with one accord in prayer and supplication.”
